Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password (or your Google sign-in).
• Study activity: questions answered, practice exam results, saved questions and progress.
• Purchase records: pass type, amount and dates. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Technical data: basic logs, device and browser information, and how you arrived (for example a referral or campaign link).
• Messages you send us, such as feedback or support requests.

• To run the Service: sign-in, progress tracking, practice exams and premium access.
• To send account and transactional emails, such as receipts, password resets and pass-expiry reminders.
• To send study tips and product news only where Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) allows it: with your consent, or the implied consent that comes from a purchase or enquiry, for the period the law allows. Every marketing email identifies us and has an unsubscribe link that works within 10 business days.
• To improve questions and features, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

We share data only with service providers that help us run LLQP Practice: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Resend) and analytics. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it. These providers may store and process data outside Canada (for example in the United States), where it can be subject to the laws of those countries, including lawful access by their authorities.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your settings, and cookies that record how you found us (referral or campaign links) for attribution. Analytics and advertising tools may set their own cookies.

We keep account data while your account is open and for a reasonable period after, and purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data.

You can update your details, unsubscribe from marketing emails, or ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@llqppractice.com. You can also withdraw consent to optional uses at any time. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

The Service is intended for adults preparing for a professional licensing test and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy and will post the new version with its date.
