Terms of Service

LLQP Practice provides original practice questions, worked explanations, timed practice exams, study notes and progress tracking mapped to the publicly available CISRO LLQP curriculum. The Service is for study purposes only.

Not an accredited LLQP course. Extra practice only. This is not an accredited LLQP course: you still need to complete the Harmonized LLQP course with an approved provider before you can write the provincial exam.

LLQP Practice is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Canadian Insurance Services Regulatory Organizations (CISRO), the Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators (CCIR), any provincial or territorial insurance regulator, or any LLQP course provider. All practice questions are original study material; they are not actual test questions. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any examination or obtaining any license.

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing an account is not permitted.

Premium access is sold as a one-time pass for a fixed period (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months on the Until-you-pass pass), charged in Canadian dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. Passes do not renew automatically. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout.

The questions, explanations and notes are our copyrighted work. You may use them for your own personal study. You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, resell, share screenshots of question sets publicly, or use the content to train or build another product. You may not disclose or seek actual LLQP exam content, which is confidential. Do not send us questions you remember from the real test, through feedback or any other channel: we do not accept them, use them or keep them.

We work to keep content accurate and cite sources with an as-at date, but laws, regulations, tax rules and exam policies change. The Service is not legal, tax, compliance or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with CISRO, your provincial insurance regulator, the Canada Revenue Agency and other official sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLQP Practice and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on the content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including for scraping or account sharing. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory that cannot be excluded by contract. Questions: support@llqppractice.com.
